FLAT CREEK CEMETERY
MARIETTA, CASS COUNTY, TEXAS
LOCATION; Cemetery is located 4.5 miles east of Marietta on Hwy
1399. Turn right on CR 2617.
The first part of the cemetery was established on church propen
Later the cemetery was enlarged by land donated by the Walter
Stubbs family. The oldest graves without headstones, date
approximately 1868. These are marked by piles of rock and are
children of J. L. Whittle.
Cemetery was read DEC-1995 & updated AUG-1997 by Annis Hays.
Rows were read north to south. Updated MAR-1998.
This cemetery is known to be predominantly white
